Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information RetirementLeverage™ collects when you use this website and its educational retirement calculators, how that information is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the choices you have — including how to request deletion of your data.
Who We Are
RetirementLeverage™ is operated by Retirement Planning Store, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and provides educational retirement calculators and general retirement income information. Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice.
Mailing address: Retirement Planning Store, Inc., 200 Stonewood Dr., East Peoria, IL 61611. Phone: (309) 696-8905.
Information You Provide
You can use the calculators without creating an account. We collect information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Calculator inputs such as age, retirement age, income, savings balances, expected expenses, tax assumptions, and state of residence.
- Contact details you voluntarily submit after seeing your results — for example, name, email address, phone number, or state — when you ask for a copy of your report or request a personalized review.
- Appointment and booking details when you schedule a call, including the time slot you select, your time zone, and any notes you add.
- Any message you send to us by phone or through a form on the site.
Calculator results are displayed on screen immediately. You are not required to give an email address or phone number to see them.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:
- Device and browser information such as browser type, operating system, screen size, and language.
- Log information such as pages viewed, referring pages, links clicked, dates and times of access, and truncated or masked IP address.
- Usage and analytics events such as which calculator steps were started, completed, or abandoned, used to understand and improve the tools.
- Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used to remember your progress and preferences and to measure site performance.
Facebook/Meta Data and Permissions
If you interact with us through Meta platforms — for example, by connecting a Facebook account, using a Meta login or messaging feature, or engaging with our content or ads — we may receive limited information from Meta that you have authorized, such as basic profile information (name, profile picture) and, where you grant it, an email address or the content of messages you send us.
- We use Meta Platform data only for the specific functions you request or authorize.
- We do not use Meta Platform data for unrelated purposes, and we do not use it to build unrelated profiles about you.
- We do not sell Meta Platform data, and we do not license or transfer it to data brokers.
- We handle Meta Platform data consistent with the Meta Platform Terms, the Developer Policies, and applicable law, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purpose you authorized or as required by law.
- You may revoke our access at any time in your Facebook settings, and you may request deletion of Meta-derived data we retain — see “How to Request Deletion of Your Data” below.
Your use of Meta platforms is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy and settings, which we do not control.
How We Use Information
- To run the calculators and generate your on-screen results and one-page report.
- To send you a copy of your report or follow up when you request contact or a personalized review.
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments you book, including calendar invitations and reminders.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and its features.
- To measure aggregate site performance, traffic sources, and how the calculators are used.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, insurance-licensing, and record-retention obligations.
Where required, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies and marketing communications, and on our legitimate business interests or legal obligations for the remaining uses described above.
Service Providers and Integrations
We use trusted third parties to operate this site and deliver the features you request. They may process information only on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Categories include:
- Website hosting, database, and application infrastructure providers.
- Email delivery providers used to send reports, confirmations, and reminders.
- Calendar and scheduling providers, including Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook/365, when you or your agent connect a calendar.
- Analytics and site-measurement providers.
- Advertising and social platforms, including Meta, where you engage with our content or ads.
Data Sharing — and No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We share information only:
- With the licensed insurance professional or agent handling your request, so they can respond to you.
- With service providers and integrations acting on our behalf, as described above.
- When you direct us to share it.
- To comply with law, subpoena, or lawful government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the safety of others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.
Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep the site working and to remember your calculator progress, plus analytics and (where applicable) advertising technologies to understand traffic and campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of most advertising cookies through the relevant platform's ad settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the calculators function. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. As a general rule, analytics and log data are retained in aggregate or truncated form, calculator inputs and reports are retained while they are useful for follow-up, and contact and appointment records are retained for as long as we have a business relationship with you plus any period required by applicable insurance, tax, and record-retention law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls that limit records to the agent responsible for them, and encryption of stored third-party calendar credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can use the calculators without submitting any contact information.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email, or by contacting us.
- You can ask us to stop calling or texting you.
- You can revoke a connected Facebook/Meta or calendar authorization at any time in that provider’s settings.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
To request deletion of the information we hold about you:
- Call us at (309) 696-8905 and say you are making a data deletion request, or write to us at Retirement Planning Store, Inc., 200 Stonewood Dr., East Peoria, IL 61611.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a deletion request, and we will not use verification information for any other purpose. We will confirm when the deletion is complete. Some information may be retained where the law requires it — for example insurance, tax, or other record-retention obligations, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Facebook/Meta users can find condensed instructions on our Data Deletion page.
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (for example in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with comparable laws) may give you the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below; you may use an authorized agent where the law allows, and we may verify the request. If we decline a request you may ask us to reconsider by contacting us again.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults planning for retirement. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
