User Data Deletion
Last updated: September 15, 2026
If you have used RetirementLeverage™ through Facebook/Meta, or submitted information on this site, you can ask us to delete the data we hold about you. Here is how.
Step 1 — Remove Our App From Facebook
Removing the app revokes any ongoing access to your Facebook/Meta information:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find RetirementLeverage in the list of active apps.
- Choose Remove, and check the box to delete posts, videos, or events the app may have shared, if offered.
Step 2 — Ask Us to Delete Retained Data
Removing the app stops future access but does not automatically erase data already stored with us. To request deletion of that data:
- Call us at (309) 696-8905 and say you are making a data deletion request, or write to us at Retirement Planning Store, Inc., 200 Stonewood Dr., East Peoria, IL 61611.
- Include the name, phone number, email address, or Facebook name you used, so we can find your records.
- Tell us whether you want everything deleted, or only specific items such as a calculator report or an appointment record.
What Happens Next
- We may ask you to verify your identity before we delete anything, so that we do not act on a request from someone else. Verification information is used only for that purpose.
- We will confirm with you once the deletion is complete.
- Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it — for example insurance, tax, or other record-retention obligations, fraud prevention, or resolving a dispute. We will tell you if that applies and delete the rest.
